1. Operator and site

The Go4 site at Case Sparse Agognate 8, 28100 Novara (NO), is operated by I-TAF s.a.s. di Roberto Taffelli & C., whose registered office is at Corso Felice Cavallotti 19, 28100 Novara (NO), VAT and tax number 02528830033, REA NO-241937.

2. Security and round-the-clock monitoring

The site is gated, fenced, lit, monitored by video surveillance and subject to round-the-clock checks in accordance with the operator's procedures.

Monitoring of the site does not constitute a personal security or surveillance service for users and, unless otherwise expressly agreed, does not include taking custody of keys or separately safeguarding items left inside vehicles.

The operator does not assume custody of the vehicle or of property left inside it, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or where the operator is liable under the applicable legislation.

3. Access and assistance

The site is accessible 24 hours a day in accordance with the instructions provided to the customer. Standard entry hours are from 08:00 to 22:00. Night-time entry is available from 22:00 to 08:00 and may be subject to a surcharge.

For both daytime and night-time access, customers must call the number displayed at the entrance (+39 335 5741437), or use the intercom and wait for the operator's instructions.

The site is private. Access is permitted in accordance with the operator's instructions and, where applicable, for the booked period. Customers must not disclose any codes, credentials or instructions received to third parties.

On arrival, a QR code may be provided for vehicle registration and management. Customers must also supply any details requested by the operator for access, safety and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Where the presence or overnight stay of persons is subject to specific identification or reporting requirements, the operator will fulfil those obligations in accordance with the legislation in force.

4. Permitted vehicles and declaration of vehicle details

Motorcycles, cars, cars with light trailers, camper vans, motorhomes, cars with caravans and other vehicles expressly accepted by the operator may enter the site.

People may remain inside their vehicle within the limits and subject to the conditions laid down by applicable law and these site rules.

Customers must accurately state the type, registration number and dimensions of their vehicle. Exceptional vehicles, special transport vehicles or vehicles carrying dangerous goods governed by ADR regulations require prior written authorisation.

5. Allocation and use of the parking pitch

The operator may allocate or change a parking bay or pitch according to the vehicle's dimensions, availability and safety requirements.

The vehicle and all its parts, including the drawbar, motorcycle carrier, awning and other accessories, must remain within the allocated space and must not obstruct lanes, exits, fire-safety equipment or neighbouring vehicles.

6. Traffic and safety

  • The maximum speed within the site is 5 km/h.
  • Pedestrians and emergency vehicles always have priority.
  • All signs, routes and staff instructions must be observed.
  • Engines must not be left running for longer than strictly necessary.
  • Roadways, entrances and exits must be kept clear.

7. Prohibited conduct

Unless prior written authorisation has been obtained, users may not:

  • camp in ground tents or install tents, verandas or external structures;
  • open verandas or awnings where this occupies external space beyond that authorised;
  • discharge black water, grey water, sewage or waste;
  • carry out repairs, maintenance, washing or fuel transfer;
  • light fires or use naked flames;
  • leave equipment, materials, objects or other property outside the vehicle, except in expressly authorised areas;
  • carry out commercial or other unauthorised activities;
  • behave in a way that disturbs the peace or endangers people, animals, vehicles or structures;
  • occupy more than one pitch or install external structures beyond the authorised footprint.

8. Facilities and electricity

Toilets, hot showers, Wi-Fi, the multipurpose TV room and common areas may be used subject to availability, displayed instructions and reasonable care.

Electrical hook-up for pitches is available on request and subject to availability, in accordance with the operator's procedures and instructions.

Faults, interruptions or temporary unavailability of ancillary facilities must be reported to the operator. These facilities are ancillary to parking and may be temporarily suspended for technical, safety or maintenance reasons.

9. Persons staying on site, minors and animals

Minors and anyone requiring assistance must be kept under the constant supervision of a responsible adult, especially near the artificial off-road track and the ford or pool containing water.

The presence of these areas does not release users from their duty to exercise the utmost care and to comply with signs and any barriers.

Animals must be kept under control and, where required, on a lead. Owners must immediately remove animal waste and prevent their animal from causing disturbance, damage or danger to people or other animals.

10. Peace and quiet and camping-like activities

Noise, music and conduct likely to disturb other users must be avoided, particularly at night.

Camping-like activities outside the authorised vehicle footprint are not permitted unless expressly authorised by the operator and carried out in compliance with applicable law.

By way of example, unauthorised external activities include setting up tables, chairs, barbecues, drying racks, tents, verandas or other external structures extending beyond the authorised space.

11. Video surveillance

Areas covered by video surveillance are identified by appropriate notices displayed before entry.

Images are processed by the data controller for site security and monitoring, in compliance with applicable personal data protection legislation and the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and data minimisation.

Full information on the processing of personal data and on how data subjects may exercise their rights is made available as indicated on the signs and in the relevant privacy notice.

Video surveillance is a site security measure and does not constitute a personal surveillance service for users.

12. User obligations and liability

Customers must always lock their vehicle, keep their keys and personal belongings safe, take normal precautions and promptly report any damage, accident or danger.

Customers are liable for damage caused by themselves, their companions, animals for which they are responsible or their vehicles.

Round-the-clock monitoring of the site does not release customers from their duty to take normal precautions.

The operator's liability for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or property, and for personal injury, is governed by law and the applicable contract. Nothing in these site rules is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Emergencies, breaches and removal of vehicles

In an emergency, the appropriate emergency services and the operator must be contacted as necessary.

If these site rules are breached, if persons or property are endangered, if traffic is obstructed, for safety reasons, or if a vehicle remains beyond the authorised period, the operator may issue instructions, deny further access and require the customer to remove the vehicle.

Any measures taken by the operator must comply with applicable law. The operator retains the right to recover reasonably incurred costs and to claim compensation for any documented damage, within the limits provided by law and the applicable contract.

14. Vehicle storage

Monthly or annual vehicle storage cannot be purchased through the online booking service. It is available by quotation only and requires a separate agreement specifying its duration, price, access arrangements and any other applicable terms.

15. Contact details and reports

Reports and requests may be sent to info@areasostanovara.com or made by calling +39 335 5741437.

The operator's certified email address (PEC) is i-taf.sas@legalmail.it.

16. Acceptance and applicable version

Customers must read these site rules before entering the site. For online bookings, the applicable version is the one made available and accepted before the order is submitted.

Subsequent amendments do not alter the contractual documentation associated with a booking already submitted, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.

These site rules apply within the limits of and in compliance with the law in force. If any individual provision is void, ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
