The Go4 parking area at Case Sparse Agognate 8, Novara, hosts several innovative projects mainly focused on hospitality and accommodation, offering a parking and rest area equipped with all comforts: free-access showers, laundry room, green areas with BBQs, picnic areas, a multifunctional indoor space with TV lounge, covered panoramic stand, shuttle service to and from the city, and electric vehicle rental. The area is fenced, under video surveillance, guarded and illuminated for maximum guest safety.
Go4 is also a road safety hub designed for student education and novice drivers, suitable for test drives and driving tests. It is a hospitality project for all visitors to Novara, promoting integrated, shared, and sustainable urban mobility. The area features solar panels, backup batteries, and charging stations (wall boxes) for all electric vehicles up to 22kW, with rental and sale of electric two- and four-wheel vehicles (SWM Binsen / E-boost).
The property covers approximately 30,000 sqm and can host up to 50 campers and 50 trucks. Go4 features modern service facilities and artificial sports paths for bicycles and E-bikes, creating a rest oasis enhanced by a private innovative motorsport park.
To best describe this multifunctional rest area, we use the term: “Urban Safety Park.” Go4 is a hospitality urban area with high safety standards, also used for professional and educational training for bike, E-bike, car, and off-road motorcycle driving (FMI – Italian Motorcycling Federation Training Center).
