In Novara, at Case Sparse Agognate 8, the former Meridiana estate is now known as GO4 Novara Parking Area; we have been operating since the beginning of 2025.

The “GO4 Urban Safety Park” motorsports facility has been active since 2020. Both the site and its concept are innovative and unique, and the property is strategically placed for the new commercial and logistics developments recently established in western Novara, including AMAZON, FEDEX, VERSACE and NEW SILICON VALLEY. It is a key hub for hospitality, logistics and tourist mobility for visitors to the city, as well as for professional heavy-transport and logistics operators.

Our site is suitable for short-term parking and stops, as well as monthly or annual storage of motorhomes, trucks, boats and trailers. Storage is available by quotation only.

The management building at the entrance provides approximately 1,000 square metres of covered space across two floors. To enter, use the “TAFFELLI” intercom or call the number shown. The parking area is unattended. The first floor contains three self-contained apartments of different sizes.

The ground floor is mainly intended for guests of the TRUCK parking area and has a multi-purpose TV room, freely accessible toilets and showers, and a laundry room for customers in transit. A second building provides guest facilities and a panoramic terrace overlooking the purpose-built off-road tracks. It is mainly intended for MOTORHOMES and includes a multi-purpose TV room, toilets and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecues and a picnic area.

The redevelopment of the GO4 parking area in 2023 restored a historic part of Novara’s hospitality heritage. The former Meridiana estate on the outskirts of the city was once a renowned luxury hotel in Novara. During the 1960s and 1970s, it became famous as the setting for spectacular transfer negotiations involving leading Serie A football players. Built midway between Italy’s two football capitals, Turin and Milan, it was strategically located and was the only property in Italy with direct access to the Turin–Milan motorway, ensuring privacy for negotiations.

The hotel was effectively a forerunner of the modern motorway service and rest areas that were only built later. Today, more than ever, Novara lies at the heart of European logistics and intermodal projects, at the geographical centre of Europe. It is a crossroads for north–south and east–west routes and a key junction on the continent’s main transport corridors. This valuable geographical position makes Novara an essential transit point.

At Case Sparse Agognate 8, with direct access to Provincial Road 299 and just 1 km from the Novara West motorway tollgate, GO4 has risen from the former Meridiana hotel as a welcoming parking and service area for tourists, suitable for motorhome travellers, visitors, truck drivers and freight operators.

The site offers extensive paved parking, tree-lined green areas and gravel pitches. GO4 is a welcoming, family-run facility providing innovative services and annual storage for camper vans, large motorhomes, caravans and trailers. Heavy vehicles and trucks in transit can also park in this fenced, video-monitored but unattended area close to the city and the major logistics centres near the Novara West motorway exit, only 1 km away.
