Located at Case Sparse Agognate 8 in Novara, the former “Meridiana” estate is now known as Go4 Rest Area Novara, operational since early 2025.

The “Go4 Urban Safety Park” motorsport area has been active since 2020. The area and its concept are innovative and unique, of real estate interest due to the many new commercial and logistics centers recently built in west Novara (including AMAZON, FEDEX, VERSACE, NEW SILICON VALLEY).

With the renovation of the Go4 area in 2023, a historic hospitality site in Novara has been restored. Known in the past as "ex Meridiana", it was a luxury hotel famous in the 60s and 70s for football transfer negotiations.

The hotel was strategically located between Milan and Turin, with direct access to the TO/MI motorway — offering unmatched privacy for meetings. It was a precursor to the modern motorway rest areas that came later.
